TRX Circuit Training (Intermediate/advanced)
Circuit Training is the most popular TRX class, challenging users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. We have added levels to classes so you know what to expect in your workout. Do not let it intimidate you,the beauty of TRX is you can make is as challenging as you want to fit your needs. This class is high impact and geared towards advanced students.
One on One training is a full body workout with the ability to focus on the specific muscle and movement you most want to target. Let me create the best individualized workout program you have ever experienced.
This class is designed to give you flat abs, toned legs, cut arms, and a lifted butt. The core-focused workout includes isometric holds as well as high repetitions, with directions for proper alignment. Improve your flexibility and posture with targeted, mindful muscle movements. This Class is Low Impact and appropriate for ALL levels.
TRX Level 1-2:
This class will help you understand the fundamentals of TRX. This is a suspension training class that builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once, as it is required in life. Beg. to Intermediate level.
This HIIT (high intensity interval training class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. The last 20 minutes of class will be used to release your tired muscles on the trigger point therapy rollers. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
This class will focus more on skiing, snow boarding, snow mobiling, skate skiing, and all of your other winter activities. It will challenge your legs, lungs and core strength to prepare you for the SNOW!
Metabolic Interval Training:
This metabolic strength-training class is designed to make you lean and defined providing a results-oriented whole body workout. It will build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while focusing on total body health. Also helps to prevent the development of osteoporosis while firing up your metabolism, helping you to lose weight and inches. This class will use dumb bells, resistance bands, and balls.
